Our Wellness Foundation was established in 2008 under the GreaterGood - the Capital Region Community Foundation.

We support strategies, services and research that:

• Promote individual, family and community health and wellbeing.
• Help our health system provide care and interventions at all levels – from community and primary to acute and post acute care.
• Ensure our health care is based on the best available evidence.
• Strengthen partnerships between health care providers, consumers and the community.

The foundation:

• Identifies opportunities and needs in the community that will improve the health and wellbeing of the people of the Australian Capital Territory and surrounding region.
• Ensures that funds under our stewardship are allocated according to the wishes of donors and the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997.

To raise funds for strategies, services and research that promote the health and wellbeing of the people of the Australian Capital Territory and surrounding region.

That everyone in the Australian Capital Territory and surrounding region has access to world class healthcare and facilities.

Our mission

To work with the people of the Australian Capital Territory and surrounding region to increase donations for new and emerging services, equipment and facilities and research that may be out of the reach of government alone.
